2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing on our Site are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free.

All products are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after you have placed your order, we will notify you promptly and offer you a full refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The total cost of your order, including delivery charges, will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is processed securely via an SSL-encrypted connection. We do not store your full payment card details.

In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order. You will have the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods. We will send you an Order Confirmation email acknowledging receipt. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch the goods and send you a Dispatch Confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. However, if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
