Orders & Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely in British Pounds (GBP).
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS compliant — the highest security standard in the payments industry. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your data, and we never store your full credit or debit card details on our servers.
Payment is taken at the time of checkout. You will receive an Order Confirmation email acknowledging receipt, and a binding contract is formed when we dispatch the goods and send you a Dispatch Confirmation email.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at support@kernleather.com and we will do our best to cancel it. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled — however, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the date you receive your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Yes, all prices displayed on our website include applicable UK VAT. The total cost of your order, including delivery charges, is clearly displayed before you complete your purchase — no hidden fees.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a separate shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on our Track Your Order page to follow the progress of your delivery in real time.
Please contact us at support@kernleather.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly. If the goods are confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — the choice is yours.
No. All prices on our website include UK VAT, and you will not be charged any additional customs duties or import fees upon delivery. Should any unexpected charges arise, Kern Leather will cover them in full. The price you pay at checkout is the final price — no surprises.
Please double-check your address before completing your order. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
Returns & Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. At Kern Leather, we operate a hassle-free, no-return policy — meaning you do not need to send the product back to us. Simply contact us and we will arrange a resolution. No. We operate a no-return policy for your convenience. If you wish to cancel your order within the 14-day cooling-off period, or if your item arrives faulty or damaged, you may keep the product. There is no need to ship anything back to us — we will resolve your request directly.
Simply email us at support@kernleather.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will get back to you and discuss the best resolution, which may include:
- A full refund to your original payment method;
- A replacement item shipped to you at no extra cost; or
- A store credit (discount code) for the full value of your order, redeemable on a future purchase.
If a refund is agreed upon, we will process it within 14 calendar days from the day you notify us of your cancellation. The refund is made using the same payment method as the original transaction, with no additional fees. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

- Within 30 days: You are entitled to a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.
- 30 days to 6 months: We will offer a replacement or repair solution. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you are entitled to a full refund.
- After 6 months: We will offer a replacement or partial refund, depending on the nature of the fault.
Yes! Simply contact us at support@kernleather.com with your order number and let us know which size or colour you'd prefer. You do not need to return the original item — we will arrange for the replacement to be shipped to you.
For cancelled orders, we will refund the cost of standard delivery (if applicable). If you originally chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard option (e.g., "Skip the Line"), we will only refund the cost equivalent to standard delivery.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your personal specifications or clearly personalised. However, all our standard, non-personalised products (shoes, bags, jackets) are fully eligible for cancellation within the 14-day cooling-off period.

- Keep jackets on padded hangers in a cool, dry place.
- Avoid contact with sharp objects to prevent scratching.
Yes, our shoe sizes are displayed in UK sizing. Please refer to the size guide on each product page for specific measurements to ensure the best fit.
We make every effort to ensure product images accurately represent the actual colours. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, and the natural characteristics of the materials used. If you are unsatisfied with the colour upon delivery, you are covered by our 14-day cancellation policy.
All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund. For items showing as out of stock, feel free to contact us at support@kernleather.com to ask about restocking.
