Kern Leather ships to addresses within the United Kingdom. All prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable VAT.

1. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options for UK deliveries:

Please note: These are estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, or events beyond our control.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive:

  • A confirmation email when your order is placed.
  • A shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All prices on our website are inclusive of UK VAT. Although our products are shipped from outside the United Kingdom, you will not be charged any additional customs duties, import taxes, or hidden fees upon delivery. Should any such charges arise, Kern Leather will cover them in full.

The price you see at checkout, including delivery charges, is the price you pay. No hidden fees or "drip pricing" will be applied at any stage of the checkout process.

4. Delivery Issues

Under UK consumer law, the seller is responsible for ensuring goods are delivered to the consumer. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe:

  • Please contact us at support@kernleather.com with your order number.
  • We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.
  • If the goods are confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice.

Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated to receive them.

5. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Kern Leather is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
